People, that work with energy, know that promoting a good strong flow of Chi (energy) within the body and maintaining a balance of Yin and Yang energy is very important. It is just as important as food, drink and breathing, in order to sustain our life. By maintaining and nurturing this energy within our bodies, we grow stronger and are able to absorb and integrate the energy that is all around us.
Chi energy is either inherited or acquired. Energy we receive at conception, from our parents, is Inherited Chi. Energy received from energy rich foods, correct posture and breathing, exercises (such as yoga, tai chi and aikido) and healing (such as Reiki) all provide our bodies with Acquired Chi. When a person becomes ill, either through ill absorbtion of Chi or through energy blockages within the body, it prevents the circulation of Chi. If left untreated, this can then lead to disease.
Using the Tai Chi program helps to unblock these energy pathways within the body to encourage energy flow, in a similar way to radionics and rife requencies. It may also increase the amount of acquired chi the body absorbs.
